AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, HAZEL F. LIBATIN and MARILOU LUIB, both of legal age, both married
and residents of Brgy. Awasian, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur, state under oath, THAT:

1. We personally know the spouses TREVOR SCRIVENER and ANALYN

PADILLA, being our neighbors, for not less than fourteen (14) years;

2. The spouses first lived as husband and wife in a common-law relationship

since 2001 until they decided to tie their knots in a civil wedding last August 12, 2014,
solemnized by Judge Rufo Naragas in his sala at Regional Trial Court, Branch 40,
Tandag City, Surigao del Sur;

3. On their union, they begot two (2) female children, one is ten (10) years old
and the other is eight (8) years old;

4. Being neighbors, we know that TREVOR SCRIVENER is deciding to be

naturalized as Filipino citizen, hence, we also hereby vouch his intentions. Ever since
he came to our barangay, we have witnessed his sincere desire to be accepted as a
member of our community, and he has established a warm and friendly relationship with
the people in our barangay;

4. We are executing this Affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and for whatever legal purpose this may serve best.
