    Which of the Pharmacotherapy Medical Format (in your opinion) would be the most practical to use, cite
    at least 3-5 reasons for your choice ( SOAP, CORE, FARM, PRIME)?

    As a future pharmacist, I believe that the PRIME format is the most practical to use, especially in the
    community drugstore setting because it is primarily focused on giving the right information to patients
    who have prescribed medicines. It cautions the patient about the risk factors and adverse effects if the
    patient does not follow PRIME guide. Furthermore, when pharmacists use the PRIME medical format, it
    is a good tool for patient counselling, and will result in better patient adherence of taking their
    prescribed medication.
