Digimax was originally formed as a sole
proprietorship in 2021 by Romulo Villarosa Jr., Theresa
Cabigting and Elma Cabigting whose expertise revolves
around Accounting and Finance. In 2022, additional
Professionals such as, Randel Vince Molina and Leiel
Labastida, all are CPAs and IT Professionals joined the
company with expertise in their respective specialties in
Banking, Manufacturing, and IT, with the intention to
grow the company and contribute to the success of
Digimax. With a combined 20 years of experiences,
Digimax will be a great help to all business it may
support. It strives to foster and maintain solid
relationships with its clients, fine tune its services, and
continue to develop innovative business solutions that
