    RE: NOTICE OF DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICES

    Following the failure to make payment for security services on time, i write to notify you of our decision to
    discontinue providing services at your facility with immediate effective. Kindly be informed that on 31 st may 2023 will be
    our last day sending our officer to your location. We have made attempts to engage you this issue but received no
    favorable response.

    Kindly note that this is not a termination of service should make payment and request our presence we will resume
    function under the already existing contracts. Your facility owes our company a total of k3, 580 in unpaid service dues for 3
    months.

    I wish to singularly appreciate you madam and collectively your team for allowing us to be os our service to you at your
    facility.
