ON THE BASIS OF SWOT ANALYSIS

● Since there are no other secondary road services, the service entry provided close to the
main road is suggested.
● The private spaces could be placed at the south side that gives off the both privacy and
southside hill view.
● The entrance can be an open,welcoming public space that is visible from the main road.
This also creates the buffer area for possible noise and disturbance from the road.

-the river at the south is used for the drainage thus, could cause foul smell.
Threat -only one road for the access in site

-since TU area is in the surrounding, the museum can be used by number of students and

- local people from nearby settlements can be attracted to visit.
-wind and solar energy can be utilised.
- incorporating BP Koirala Memorial Museum can help in attracting more visitors
