This year, the most anticipated gathering of 21 exceptional candidates is happening right now

presented to you by Minicipality of Quirino, Isabela.

Naimbag nga rabii Municipality of Quirino! After week of preparation andito na tayo sa most

exciting part ng Baraniw Festival. Because tonight 21 candidates present their very best and vie for

the title Miss. Quirino 202. I really felt the excitement of witnessing, that Production Number!

Ngayon palang we know that our candidates have ade their supporters proud.

The most beautiful day in the history of Miss Quirino in the new normal. We are back

stronger than ever because we stood and fought.

Amidst the challenges that are being experienced by every Filipino, we have managed to be

resilient as always. We have revitalized and refreshed in our optimistic outlook in pursuit of that

sweet smell of success.

We assure you that after a month long of training and preparation, ech one of our empowered

candidates are all set. We would also like to thank the people behind this event, our SK Chairpersons

and all the Punong Barangay of Quirino, Isabela. We would also like to thank the pageant director for

this year Miss Quirino ________________________________________ to all the sponsors and the

executive committee, the essence of our celebration becomes more meaningful by making this event

possible.

That only manifest that crown aren’t made of rhinestones. They are made of discipline,

determination and a hard-to-find alloy called courage

decision of who’s going to be the apple of the eyes. The MISS QUIRINO 2023 selection committee

have invited experts in the field of pageantry and renowned beauty pageant enthusiasts.
