Kenya and holder of Identity Card Number 22469109 do hereby sincerely and solemnly make oath
and state as follows:

1. THAT I am a current director of Lord Morris and Sons Limited a private limited liability company
incorporated as Company Number CPR/2013/118043 and whose postal address is Post Office Box
No. 11679-00400 Nairobi (the “Company”) and that I am authorized by the Company to make this
statutory declaration on behalf of the Company and that the facts deponed herein are within my
own personal knowledge.
2. THAT the Company is the registered and beneficial owner of the following motor vehicles:

3. THAT I on behalf of the Company hereby authorise Anthony Mwangi of Kenya Identity Card
Number 27904581 to apply for and collect the Road Service Licence (RSLs) for all the above
captioned Motor Vehicles.
4. THAT I swear this affidavit confirming that the Company has given all authority to Anthony
Mwangi of Kenya Identity Card Number 27904581 to apply for and collect the Road Service
Licence (RSLs) for all the above captioned Motor Vehicles.
5. THAT what is deponed to hereinabove is true to the best of my knowledge, information and
belief whose sources have hereof being disclosed and are made conscientiously believing the
same to be true.
