We only use genuine 100% Colorbond fencing material from BlueScope Steel Aust. A full material cost deposit is required
before commencement of works. The final payment is to be paid in full on the day of completion by the named above. You
must collect your neighbours contribution unless prior arrangements are made. This contract is for fencing supplied as per above
measurements, extra amount is payable or refundable if above measurements are incorrect. All materials remain the property of
Fence Price and as such maintain the right to retrieve any materials until full payment is made. All Debt Collecting costs is to be
paid by debtor. You must notify the fencer of any pipes or cables running beneath the soil or close to the fence line. We hold no
responsibility of reparation for damage to piping, electrical cabling, concrete, tiling, paving or existing retaining walls. For new
laid foundations we cannot hold any responsibility for future movement of posts due to uncompact ground along the boundaries

 or maneuvering of earth moving equipment. Liability is not taken if major damp or incorrect drainage causes movement to the
fence. For your wellbeing we are completely Licenced and insured. Your new fencing comes with a long Labour warranty and
after an accepted application you can apply for a 10-year manufacturer warranty. We are highly committed to customer
satisfaction.
