I learned about one of the design philosophies for cultural courses - Edgar Schein's

Practice that I bring to the school

I designed the content for the first session of the curriculum and ensured that the
school's teaching resources include tap water, desks and chairs, blackboards, hand
tools, and Chinese language teaching materials.

Reflective part of my work:

Throughout the week, I realized that designing a curriculum requires more than just
researching the topic and creating content. It involves understanding the cultural
context and designing a course that effectively communicates the message to the
audience. I also learned to adapt and use available resources to make the best out of
the situation.
