Good day sir / mam.

First of all I would like to thank you for giving me this great opportunity to introduce myself to
you. I am HANS ARBER LASOLA, 33 years old from the Philippines. I graduated a Bachelor’s
degree in Secondary Education majoring in English. I am currently a teacher in the Department
of education here in the Philippines. Married, with two lovely kids and seeking to land a job in
your company.
Now, let's talk about personal growth. I believe in being honest about my weaknesses, and two
areas I'm actively working on are overcoming nervousness when meeting new people and being
cautious about trusting others too easily. However, I firmly believe that challenges are
opportunities for growth, and I'm dedicated to improving myself in these areas.

On the flip side, I possess several strengths that contribute to my effectiveness and success. I
am known for my disciplined approach, punctuality, and perpetually positive attitude. These
qualities not only facilitate my productivity but also foster a supportive and harmonious work
environment.

In terms of my goals, my immediate aim is to secure a position in a reputable company that

values creativity and innovation. Looking ahead, I envision myself climbing the corporate ladder
and taking on leadership roles within an organization. My ultimate ambition is to build a
rewarding and fulfilling career that aligns with my passion and talents.
