is about 40) I learned the importance of utilizing a "transformation" mindset when designing the
course. It is necessary to transform what has been learned into visible results in a
timely and innovative manner. This is the difference between a business course and a
formal school course. The course designer needs to fully utilize the knowledge from
the textbook and creatively integrate it into the presentable part.

Perspectives that I need to learn
I realize the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge in designing effective
curriculums. As I continue to develop my curriculum design skills, I aim to deepen my
understanding of how different fields of study can be integrated and how to foster
transferable knowledge and skills across subjects. This will not only enhance my
ability to create engaging and well-rounded curriculums but also provide students with
a more comprehensive and meaningful learning experience. I plan to seek out
opportunities to learn from experts in various fields and explore ways to incorporate
interdisciplinary approaches into my future work.
Reflective part of my work
In reflecting on my work, I realized that the course design process requires creativity,
cross-cultural communication skills, and a strong understanding of the subject matter.
Furthermore, it is essential to incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments
to ensure the success of the course. Moving forward, I will continue to learn and
improve my skills in order to create more effective and innovative courses.
