Warmest Greetings!

I am VIRGINIA LAMPAYAN ONGCOY, a secondary school teacher of Lindang National High School in
Lindang, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay. Major in BIOLOGY, 40 years of age, married with three children and a
resident of Crossing Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.

I have been in the service for ten (10) years, since i was hired last 2009, teaching Science 7,8, 9, 10 and
previously teaching MAPEH 7 and Ar. Pan 8 for four (4) years. The idea of localization in the hiring process strongly
implemented under your administration, with my great desire to be home again and made me decide to write this letter to
convey my sincerest desire to transfer and/or occupy a new item in Del Monte National High School , Buug,
Zamboanga Sibugay or Buug National High School , Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay

My intention to seek for transfer of station from Lindang National High School to any school nearest to my
hometown if granted, is great opportunity for me to be in my locality.

My current station requires me to travel sixteen kilometers (16) approximately every day from my residence to the
school which means every day struggle for any untoward instances, whereas; if I will be in Del Monte National High
School a five (5) kilometers or Buug National High School one (1) kilometer ride to take and less worries every day.
And I wish to be with my three daughters since my husband is far from us.

I am humbly hoping for consideration and favorable action to this matter.

Respectfully forwarded to the Schools Division Superintendent, Schools Division of Zamboanga Sibugay, the herein
attached pertinent papers of Mrs. Virginia L. Ongcoy, Secondary Teacher-III of Lindang National High School,
Linadang, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay fro recommending approval provided that there will be a replacement for the
said position

Mrs. Virginia L. Ongcoy, a subject teacher of Science, Grade 7 to Grade 10 and previously teaching MAPEH 7 and Ar.
Pan. 8 for four years in Lindang National High School and preferably seek for transfer to Buug National High School or
Del Monte national High for the following reasons she want to be with her three daughters since her husband is far from
them. His travelling expenses would be lessen and during her trip going to school and vice versa it would not be risk her
life because of a long trip every day. Lastly, Buug National High School and Del Monte National High School is near
from her residence.

Mrs. Virginia L. Ongcoy is a permanent residence of Purok 16, Crossing Bawang, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay
