Dear Ma'am @Sir:

This letter serves as my formal notice of resignation, effective on March 28,2023. Due to my health
condition. I have become aware that my illness will require extended treatment and recovery, and I am
unsure that my ability to perform the duties of my present position.

The decision was not easy for me but health reasons have compelled me to take this call. I had been
experiencing some changes in my routine, both personally and professionally lately. I was feeling
constantly tired and also experienced drop in my productivity. Hence a thorough check up the doctor
recommended me to take rest.

Since the retail work needs my constant indulgence, I would not be able to keep up with/ the work and
also taking care of my health simultaneously. Therefore, I would like to relinquish my responsibilities
and devote a good amount of time towards my health.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kind support in making my work here for the
10 months such a pleasant and worthwhile experience.
