JERSEY BREAKFAST SANDWICH PIE

CRUST P R EP A R E THE C R U S T: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Take a 10-inch pie

your eggs the way you like them (I like mine sunny-side up) in butter or
olive oil. Top the pie with the eggs, along with salt, pepper, and ketchup.
Serve and enjoy while listening to the Boss. (May I suggest my personal
