    Port Limit Special Grade (Deck Officer) Course is to familiarise Harbour Craft
    Special Grade Masters within the port waters, Aids to Navigation and an understanding of Port

    (Deck Officer)
    Regulations so as to provide them with the knowledge required for safe navigation
    within the port limits.

    Holders of Certificate of Competency (Deck) applying for Port Limit Special Grade
    (Deck Officer) Manning Licence.
