Dear Candidate,

This has reference to the various discussions you had with us.

We are pleased to make a provisional offer of joining for the post of Group-D (JR. NON-TECHNICIAN).

You're Annual Earnings including salary, allowances, annual benefits and statutory payments as
you receive a detailed appointment order after you join.

On reporting please bring two recent passport size photographs, photocopy of all educational
certificates. proof of age certificate, IT Declaration/Form 16 from last employer, last employer's
salary certificate and reliving letter of the last employer.

1. Other terms of services e.g. Leave, provident fund, travelling allowance etc. will be governed by
the rate of IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE, in force time to time.

2. You will be treated as technical/non-technical employee and be guided by Standing order,

Discipline and Appeal Rules of IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE in force time to
time.

3. You will be initially attached to IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE but may be
transferred to any other Department in the IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE.

4. Your appointment will be under IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE and you will be
liable to service of IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE.

5. You will be on probating for a period of three months which may be extended At the Date of
which of the appointment may be terminated-

a) At any time with 3 month notice or pay lieu thereof by the appointing authority on the account of
unsatisfactory work / conduct.

b) By you on giving Appointing authority 3 months after satisfactory completion of probating period
of the applintment may be extended the appointment can be terminated.

(1) By any appointing authority on 3 month's notice or on payment of three month pay in lieu
notice
(2) By you on giving three month notice.

6. The offer of appointment is also subject to the following terms and condition:-
a) That you have not more than one wife living. You will be declared to furnish a
declaration to the above in the enclose form.
b) That a satisfactory report is received on verification of your antecedents
c) That you will submit at the time of joining the enclosed seven copies of attestation forms
duly filled in and attested and signed by you.

You are required to report for joining the IRRIGATION & WATER DIRECTORATE. Place :-
