Job Title: HR Specialist, Talent Acquisition & Org.

Development

1.   Recruitment
In charge of the whole recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers to understand and meet
recruiting demands.
Screen and evaluate candidates, conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees, and refer job applicants to
specific job openings.
Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities,
physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
Prepare rating on applicants, cooperate with C&B team to make recommendations on starting salaries, and
provide applicants with information on the company.
Maintain accurate tracking system and report on activity.
Build good relationship with professional image to both internal clients (line managers) and external clients
(candidates, human resource consulting agencies…)
Develop and manage yearly budget in effective and appropriate way.
Involve interview for job level 9 and above, hiring.
Provide consultation for business leaders
 
2.   Talent Management and Staffing focus:
Train and provide development opportunities for staff. 
Ensure annual goals are complete and communicated. 
Attract, retain and develop high potential talent.
Partner with hiring managers to fully understand the scope, responsibilities, and requirements of the positions to
be filled.
Provide consultation and advisory services to managers on staffing and Talent Management.
Evaluate and provide a Talent attractive program, an effective referral program that aligned with corporate policy.
Cooperate with the Total Reward Team to build and consult the appropriate and competitive market reference in
Talent Management and Staffing.
Evaluate applicant qualifications in comparison to requirements, developing a best-qualified list of applicants
using category ranking or other similar rating methods.
Resolve issues with managers and applicants on Talent Management and Staffing actions.
Review Job Description/Job analysis
L&D needs analysis
Legislation compliance and advice  and mitigate labor dispute
 
 
3.   Organization development focus:
Manage the Global Konecranes program such as performance, succession planning, career path, and talent
mapping as per Global Konecranes guidelines.
Consult with managers to fully understand business developmental needs to service for business’ stable and
long-term growth.
Design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel. Develop tests and visual aids, conduct training
classes, and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities following the Global Konecranes
guidelines.
Develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for
more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.
Evaluate and/or contractors or vendors to develop and/or administer training programs.
Develop and manage the yearly budget in an effective and appropriate way.
May be responsible for the analysis and development of the yearly plan.

4.   Safety and environment:
Follow safety and environment policy; be aware to raise safety and hygiene standards in your area.
