Declarative-Procedural Model

Explanation:
Declarative and Procedural Model are both long-term memory. Declarative
memory is a type of long-term memory that involves the conscious recollection of facts,
events, and knowledge that can be verbally expressed. It refers to memories that can
be declared or described, and which are available to conscious awareness. It is divided
into two subtypes: Semantic memory: This type of memory involves the recall of general
knowledge about the world, such as facts, concepts, and ideas. Episodic memory: This
type of memory involves the recall of personal experiences and events that are tied to
specific contexts, such as a memory of a birthday party, a conversation with a friend, or
a vacation. Whereas, Procedural memory is a type of long-term memory that involves
the unconscious learning and memory of skills, habits, and actions. It is also known as
muscle memory or implicit memory. Procedural memory enables individuals to perform
tasks without conscious awareness of the underlying processes involved.
