 This service facilitates citizen to make APOSS-AMARAVATI SSC & INTER

Registration & Admission Fee Payments.

Visit http://www.apopenschool.org/ and select “Admissions 2018-19” menu and

then select “Admissions for SSC & INTER – 2018 – 19” link as shown in the below
screen.

After clicking on the above selected link, page redirects to the Candidate Home as shown in the screen
below

The candidate home page consists of provisions for candidates who are applying for APOSS education as
mentioned below.

1. REGISTRATION FORM FOR SSC & INTER – SSC & INTER Registration Form to apply admissions
applications in required AI Centres

2. APPLY FOR SSC & INTER – Application Form for Admissions to SSC or INTER in required AI Centres

3. Re-Send/Re-Check Registration Number – For Resending of Registration Number to Mobile Number

or to take Re-Print of Registration Receipt

4. SSC & INTER Application & Admission Fee Receipts – To Re-Print SSC & INTER Application &
Admission Fee Receipts.

5. PAYMENT OF ADMISSION FEE – To Pay SSC & INTER Admission Fee

Candidates who are willing to apply for APOSS-AMARAVATI SSC & INTER education should register their
details in Candidate Registration Form from REGISTRATION FORM FOR SSC & INTER tab as shown in
the screen below.

After clicking on Registration Form link from REGISTRATION FORM FOR SSC & INTER, a Candidate
Registration Form will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

Candidate should fill in all the mandatory details in the Candidate Registration Form and click on
Confirm Details button as shown in the screen below.

After clicking on Confirm Details button, payment modes will be enabled for registration fee payment,
select payment mode and click on Pay Registration Fee button as shown in the screen below.

After clicking on Pay Registration Fee button, A.P. OPEN SCHOOL SOCIETY: AMARAVATI REGISTRATION
RECEIPT - 2018-19 with a unique Registration Number will be generated as shown in the screen below
and the same will be sent as SMS to the candidate’s registered mobile number.

Candidate can generate registration fee receipt by clicking on Print Receipt button.

Click on Back button for going back to the Candidate Home Page of APOSS Amaravati Education.

Once the candidate is done with registration fee payment for APOSS-Amaravati Education, candidate
need to submit an online application form by clicking on Submit Online Application link from APPLY
FOR SSC & INTER tab as shown in the screen below.

After clicking on Submit Online Application link from APPLY FOR SSC & INTER tab, Candidate
Registration Form will be displayed in which candidate should enter their APOSS Registered Number
which is present in registration fee payment receipt and click on SUBMIT button as shown in the screen
below.

After submitting APOSS Registered Number, APOSS SSC or INTER ADMISSION APPLICATION online
application form will be displayed.

Enter all the mandatory details with upload documents wherever required as shown in the screen
below.

After furnishing ALL the required data and correct particulars, read the declaration at the end of the
page and select the check box if you are done with Online Application Form filling. Then, click on SAVE
button to save the data.

If you are sure of the data entered, you can click on PREVIEW button to view the saved online
application as shown in the screen below.

Clicking on CONFIRM button, finally the application will be submitted.

The data in the application is frozen and no more editing is allowed and a print copy of APOSS SSC or
INTER Application form will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

Candidate’s can Re-Send/Re-Check their Registration Numbers in case of missing or forgetting their
Registration Numbers by clicking on Re-Send/Re-Check Registration Number link as shown in the screen
below.

Clicking on Re-Send/Re-Check Registration Number link, Re Send SMS OR Get Registration Receipt page
will be displayed.

Select the radio button as Re Send SMS OR Get Registration Receipt and enter Registered Mobile
Number.

Click on Get Registration Receipt button as shown in the screen below.

After clicking on Get Registration Receipt button, A.P. OPEN SCHOOL SOCIETY: AMARAVATI
REGISTRATION RECEIPT-2018-19 will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

Candidate can download Application & Admission Fee Receipts by clicking on SSC & INTER Application &
Admission Fee Receipts tab.

Click on Print SSC & INTER Application Form – For candidate’s filled Application Form by entering
registration numbers as shown in the screen below (Follow as shown below screens).

Candidate need to pay the fee for APOSS-AMARAVATI SSC & INTER Admission by clicking on SSC or
INTER Admission Fee Payment links of Payment of Admission Fees tab as shown in the screen below.

After clicking on SSC Admission Fee Payment link, APOSS Admission Payment page will be displayed
where candidate should enter APOSS Registered Number as shown in the screen below

After entering APOSS Registered Number in SSC Admission Fee Payment page, a fee payment page with
candidate’s details and payment modes will be displayed as shown in the screen below.

Select payment mode and click on MAKE PAYMENT button, a fee payment receipt will be displayed as
shown in the screen below.

Candidate can take the print copy of the fee payment receipt by clicking on Print Receipt button

SSC & INTER Admission Fee Receipt – For candidate’s Admission Fee Receipt by entering registration
numbers as shown in the screen below.

After entering Registration Number in SSC & INTER Admission Fee Receipt page, A.P. OPEN SCHOOL
SOCIETY: AMARAVATI SSC (APOSS) ADMISSION FEE RECEIPT FORM - 2018-19 will be displayed as shown
in the screen below.
