For Works :
1. PAYMENT: 40% Advance along with order and Balance 70% payment will done after completion of work,
immediately through RTGS.
2. Our Sub-Contractor E.P.F. : We have permanent P.F. No. 2276417564CGRAI, DTD. 05.10.16
3. Our Sub-Contractor ESI No. : Our ESI Reg. No.: 590015690600000606, all employee are covered under ESI
4. VALIDITY : 30 DAYS
5. Completion of Work : Min. 15 Days after site handover
6. Mobilization period : 5-6 days.

In Our Scope :

1. All manpower & Machinery & Equipment’s required for executing the said of work.
2. Transportation of our workmen & machine
3. Food for our Workmen, if possible kindly provide the canteen facilities on nominal chargeable basis
4. Safety equipment’s like helmet, belt, and shoes should be provided by us.
5. Fixing of scaffolding as per effective area.
6. Surface cleaning manually by wire brush and Grinder where ever required, Removal of the damaged refractory
by using pneumatic / electrical breakers or manual chipping depending upon the requirement either up to shell
or pressure parts area.
7. Transportation of Waste refractory.
8. PF and ESI of all our Sub-Contractor workers before entering factory premises.

Your’s Scope :

1. All Refractory , Consumables i. e Anchors, welding electrode, casting boards are to be provided by you.
2. Providing the Hydra for loading & unloading of Machine and transportation of refractory and wastes, tractor
will be provided
3. Water, electricity and compressed air near place of work.
4. Scaffolding item & its Erection and dismantling after completion of work.
5. Anchor Fixing in any high pressure tubes and equipment, because its required IBR Welder to fix the Anchor.

6. Lighting arrangement near work site.

7. Issuance of returnable gate pass of your equipment’s, tools & tackles and temporary gate passes to your
workforce.
8. Temporary shed & Tarpoline required for covering of material
9. Support services of our electricians, if required
10. If possible kindly provide 1 No. of Quarter for our worker on chargeable basis.
11. Free Guest house facilities for our Manager.
