Control measures I

1.Only inducted person after training shall be assigned for the job. 2
2.Inspect material for sharp edges.
3.Use cotton handgloves during work.
4.Ensure proper access is provided and no obstacles to avoid trip hazard.
5.Work with valid work permit.
1.Inspection and tagging of machine by authorised person before use. 2
2.Ensure trained person deployed for the task.
3.Ensure no damaged electrical cables in use.
4 Electrical cables are double insulated and body earthing provided to machine.
5.Ensure all electrical connections through 30ma ELCB.
6.Area shall be barricaded and signages to be displayed.
10.Provision of proper scaffold and work platform for height work.
11.Use safety goggle to avoid eye injury due to flying particles.
