I saw your Work advertisement just recently on an online platform about finding an E-
book writer, and I am very interested in applying as an E-book writer regardless of the
payment or the authorship. As shown in the enclosed resume, I have a strong academic
background in journalism and graphic design. I am also a graduate of XYZ University last
2019 taking up a BA (Hons) in Magazine Journalism and publishing, and currently taking
up a BS in Nursing. Also, you don’t have to worry I am currently staying in Chicago.
In my university life recently I was chosen as the editor-in-chief of the school’s publication,
I’m passionate about writing which has allowed me to express my inner self. My current
work today except being a student is that I am also the editor of the award-winning book
entitled “Rafflesia” by Francis Padroncillo and perhaps you have also come across one of
my published books “Sacred Heart”. These happenings in my life have given me firsthand
experience in the challenges of the development and publishing of a successful book. In
addition, I have also an excellent background in graphic design as well as good
communication skills, as demonstrated by my successful experience in the publication of a
monthly Novel writing while at Gazette’s publishing house.
This background and combined with my experiences over the past years with writing, has
given me a unique perspective that would be particularly valuable and useful in meeting
the responsibilities of the position, as described in your advertisement. I would welcome the
