Good morning Tram,

It is to inform the tasks you need to do for the upcoming plan about the staff development
program for November, 2022.

We intend to have “Lunch and Learn'' sessions on Friday, in which our company will invite a
guest speaker and deliver a talk to the whole company at lunch time in the office. The talks will
be from 12PM to 1PM, speakers should speak for only 30 minutes and the rest will be for
questions and answers. Here is the information about our speaker:
- 7th Dec: Tobey Maguire (tobey@abc.com)
- 14th Dec: Andrew Garfield (andrewism@xyz.com)
- 21st Dec: Tom Holland (tommm@123.456)

Here are the tasks you need to perform:

1. Contact the speakers via email to confirm the dates officially and ask if they would like
to change the date.S
2. Contact the Facilities Manager to ask him/her to help organize the café and prepare some
logistics for the guest speakers.
3. Prepare gifts for the guest speakers.

Please perform these tasks carefully and finish all of them before our management meeting on
20th November, 2022.

Subject: The new Leave Request Procedure

In order to control the employees’ absence effectively, the HR department would likr to announce a new
Leave Request Regulation. We implement this in order to improve leave policy management, a
productive work environment, and employee regulation compliance. Here are the instructions.

● Step 1: Go to the company’s website stark.com.vn and download the Leave Request form in the
Internal Communication section.
● Step 2: Complete the form by explaining the sort of leave (dates, reason for leave, required
information). Incomplete information
● Step 3: Submit the completed form to your direct supervisor for approval signature.
● Step 4: Submit to the HR Department to store the signed form.

The new procedure takes effect from October 24th, 2022. This new procedure can help employees and
managers check available leaves using the human resource information system.
