Subject: The new Leave Request Procedure

In order to control the employees’ absence effectively, I represent the HR Department to announce a
new Leave Request Regulation. We will implement a new leave request process implement this in
order to improve leave policy management, the a productive work environment, and employee
regulation compliance. Here are the some instructions.

● Step 1: Go to the company’s website stark.com.vn and download the Leave Request form in
the Internal Communication section.
● Step 2: Complete the form by explaining the sort of leave (dates, reason for leave, required
information). Incomplete information
● Step 3: Submit the completed form to your direct supervisor for approval signature.
● Step 4: Submit to the HR Department to store the signed form.

The new procedure takes effect from October 24th, 2022.This new procedure can help employees and
managers examine a list ofcheck available leaves using the human resource information system. The
effective date is October 24th, 2022.
