RENTAL AGREEMENT (Month-Month)

THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this ___ day of ______, ______ between

FZO Subdivision, Phase 5, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, 6111.

The parties agree as follows:

1. RENT: Rent is due in advance on the ___ day of each month, at _____ per month, beginning on _______,

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT: TENANT shall deposit the sum of ______ prior to taking possession of the unit # ____ or no

withhold from security deposit only such amounts as are reasonably necessary to remedy Tenant’s defaults
including, but not limited to the following:

b. To repair damages to the premises caused by Tenant,

c. To clean the premises, if necessary, upon termination of the tenancy in order to return the unit to the same
level of cleanliness it was the inception of the tenancy.

3. UTILITIES: TENANT shall pay for all utilities, services and charges, if any, made payable by or predicated upon
occupancy of Tenant.

5. JOINT and INDIVIDUAL OBLIGATIONS: If more than one Tenant signs this Agreement, each one shall be

6. LATE PAYMENT: Consistent late payments of rent may result in termination of this lease and eviction of Tenant.

7. QUIET ENVIRONMENT: Tenant shall not violate any criminal or civil law, ordinance in the use and occupancy of
the premises, commit waste, annoy, molest or interfere with any other tenant or neighbor. Any such action may
result in IMMEDIATE TERMINATION of this Agreement as provided therein and by LAW.
