This information note is intended for you because you are a participant to BOOVIE - book-trailers Festival-Contest.

We inform you that we, the National Pedagogical College "Spiru Haret", based in Focșani, 5th Timotei Cipariu street, in
partnership with the Grow Up Project Association, based in Focșani, 43rd bis Independence blvd, are processing the
following personal data:

• Photo / video images with you, from the events you participate in during the festival, based on your consent, which you can
revoke at any time by a written notixcation to the BOOVIE team. After revocation, the data will be deleted. In the absence of
consent, this data will not be collected. The data collected will be used for presentation materials, on the website, on all social
media or media pages, etc. of BOOVIE - book-trailers Festival-Contest or related to it, and the maqimum retention period is the
duration of operation of the Association.

• The xrst name, last name and signature we ask for to obtain consent for the processing of the above data, under our legal
obligation to process images with you, only if you agree. We collect this data for the purpose of proving consent, and it may
be presented to the authorities only in case of an investigation in which proof is rezuired. The maqimum retention period of
