INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this parts list is to document service repair parts and special tools available for the Hendrickson
HAULMAAX™ 460 premium rubber equalising beam suspension system as fitted to IVECO vehicles.
HAULMAAX 460 is a premium rubber suspension designed for vocational applications where durability, lightweight
and driver comfort are essential. The innovative low-maintenance design utilises rubber bolster springs coupled with
progressive load springs that provide a superior combination of empty ride quality and loaded stability.

Rotating Bar Pin Beam End Bushings

After pressing Hendrickson rotating bar pin end bushings
into the beam, the rotating bushing pins can be turned to the
correct angle for a perfect installation.
Rotating bushings prevent bush installation at the incorrect
angle and allow for easy alignment to axle bracket pinion
angles for quick installation. After installation, the rotating
bar pin bushing is designed to lock into place once under
load, which gives longer component life by minimizing inner
bushing wear and stress on the axle bracket.

Transverse rod, 98362-026, contains non-serviceable bonded bushes, bush failure requires rod replacement.

TOQUE ROD LENGTH Measurement in mm

Torque rod length should be measured between bush centres
to confirm correct part. This measurement, in millimetres, will
correspond to the suffix or last three numbers of the part number.
