Terms & Condition for 100% Job Guarantee

1. Student should have valid government ID and academics documents (Aadhar Card ,10th & 12th,
graduation /post-Graduation marksheet).

2. Job guarantee will only be applicable for candidates who have completed their graduation / post-
graduation.

3. Student should Complete at least 80% of assignments, project and case studies given during course.

4. There should be no plagiarism in any of the assignments, project and case studies.

5. 85% attendance is compulsory

6. Must score minimum 50% marks in 3 test (objective, viva, practical’s). Re-Test two more time will be
done if not secured passing marks

7. Grades will be calculated based on communication skills, knowledge of subject, problem solving skills,
coding skills and assignment/projects submitted

8. Soft copy of notes, study material, interview questions will be provided. Students should not skip
interview preparation sessions & mock interviews

9. We will be referring to various companies for interviews, if in any case if the student fails to attend
interview, he will not be eligible for job guaranteed program.

10. Placement validity is 11 months from course completion date.

11. Discontinuation of course for any reason it could be personal or getting jobs through your own
channel will not be eligible for refund.

12. Candidate must be willing to work anywhere in India as per the guidelines of Government of India

13. Gamaka AI will refer the candidates to companies for interviews only with the prior consent of the
candidate, in any case, if the candidate is unwilling or fails to attend the interview. Gamaka AI will have
all the rights to deny any other interview opportunity. Maximum 5 attempts for interviews will be done
by us.

14. Gamaka AI will refer you in various product-based, service-based or startup companies.

15. After getting job you are supposed to pass all the background verification as prescribed by the
employer, in case of any lapse in verification Gamaka AI holds no responsibility.

16. Job Guaranteed only to Diploma students

17. Job guarantee is applicable only to the candidate who is able to follow and fulfil all the terms and
conditions mentioned above.

18. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
