1. That we have been residents of for more than

years, and during this period of time, we have personally know spouses
and , being our neighbours
and close acquaintance;

4. That we are executing this joint affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the
foregoing set of facts without any promise or reward or any other monetary
consideration but solely for the purpose of declaring that the only surviving compulsory
heirs of the late are his/her surviving spouse
and child/children and
for each other legal intents.
