1.4.Safety

Before installation, please read this manual carefully, pay attention to the safety
warning signs and instructions in the manual. The factory does not bear any
responsibility or compensation for any personal injury, water pump damage and
other property losses caused by failing to observe the safty warnings.

Those who is professional or trained could use and install the pump.

When carrying out any mechanical or electrical installation and maintenance of this
product, the lifting and maintenance equipment must be safe and reliable.

Before or after installing and using this product, the equipment foundation and
working environment must be safe and reliable.

Before performing any mechanical or electrical installation and maintenance of this

product, the power supply of the motor must be cut off. Pump must be stopped
during maintenance.

During maintenance, if the power supply is not be cut off, the water pump may start
suddenly and cause serious injury, electric shock, burns, or fatal accident.

4
1.5.Selection of pump model

Be attention to that correct selection can prolong the service life of pumps, motors,
and wells.

1.5.1 The pump diameter means that the pump can be placed in a deep well 1inch
larger than the pump diameter. When the well depth exceeds 30m or the well
pipe is cast iron or cement pipe, the actual well diameter should be 2inch
larger than the pump diameter.

1.5.2 The flow rate of the pump cannot be larger than the normal water flow of the
well. If the flow rate of the pump ≥ the normal water flow of the well, it may
cause collapse in the well.

1.5.3 Head calculation:H=(H1+H2+△h)×1.1

In formula:

H-head(m)

H1-The distance from the water level in the well to the outlet of the well(m)

H2-The vertical height from the center of the wellhead outlet to the ground where
the flow reaches(m)

△h-The resistance loss in the lifting pipe and the resistance loss after passing
pump outlet(m)

5
(Table1-1)

(Pipeline losses of head are shown as the table1-1

Flow rate (m³/h)

3.Assembly and Commissioning ( Suitable for external controller)

3.1Preparation before Assembly

3.1.1 Open the outer packing box, take out the packing list, check whether the items
in the list are complete, and proceed to the next step after confirmation.

3.1.2 Preparation of tools and equipment: In addition to the tools configured with
this product, the following tools and equipment need to be prepared.

A. Refer to 1.6 to select two suitable 3-core cables with ground wire (one for inverter
output and one for input);

B.A suitable pipe wrench for this pump;

C.A set of open-end wrench;

D.Wire plier, scissor, cross screwdriver.

3.1.3 Check and clean up the parts of the pump set. Use oil to clean all mating
surfaces (threads, spigots, end faces, etc.) of the parts to be installed. Rubber
bearings must keep away from any oil to avoid deformation. Check whether the
mating surfaces of all parts have bumps, scratches, oil stains, etc. If so, they should
be carefully trimmed and oiled to prevent rust.

8
Do not disassemble or reassemble the working parts that have been assembled in
the factory. But check whether the transmission part of the working part rotates
evenly and flexibly.

3.2 Assembly sequence(Except the water pump that has been integrally
installed)

3.2.1 Open the packing box, connect the coupling of the pump body and the spline
shaft of the motor, and fasten it with the nuts and spring washers from the spare
parts package.

5.Start and stop

5.1 Confirm the pump model and cable size first, confirm whether the power supply is
three-phase 380V or DC 500V, and do not connect the wrong power supply.

5.2 After starting, observe whether the current and voltage meet the range, whether
there is abnormal operation and vibration, if it is abnormal, stop pump in time to
processing the fault, then start and test whether it is running well.

5.3 When pump suddenly stops or is triggered automatic shutdown protection, it can
be restarted by unplugging and then plugging in the power supply, but in most cases
the pump will automatically troubleshoot the fault and resume operation.

5.4 Use a new pump to clean the well or pump muddy water is absolutely forbidden.
Check whether the solid content in the water meets the conditions of use in time after
pumping water, if it exceeds, the pump should be stopped.
