Bilibinwang Elementary School with the leadership of


our dynamic school head, Mrs. Gloria P. Medina has initiated
the implementation of the new normal in this year’s Brigada
Eskwela 2021 together with the collaborative efforts of the Brigada
Coordinator and Technical Working Committee.

On August 31, 2021 at 7:30 am via google meet set off its first virtual launch
with the theme “Bayanihan sa Paaralan”. The new concept of Brigada Eskwela
shall focus on preparations and strengthening partnership engagement to ensure
that learning continues even in the time of pandemic. The activities shall highlight
partnership initiatives that complement the Department’s efforts to ensure that
quality basic education will continue despite the challenges posed by COVID-19.

Brigada Eskwela in the New Normal was not simple. Through virtual meeting
and orientation via google meet, the orientation was sucessfully done.The program
starts with the National Anthem, followed by the prayer led by Ms. Jennelyn S. Buno.
It was then shadowed by Nationalistic songs through Audio-Visual Presentation.

To recognized who are the volunteers attended and participated to

Casanova presented all participants. She gave a task for them to
present themselves one by one by an energetic chant. After that,
Mrs. Adora E. Miranda welcomed all the participants.It was followed
by giving an opening remarks from our very own school head,

In virtual meeting, our school head encourage teachers to listen and participate
well so that it will make easy for them to encourage parents and other stakeholders
to communicate and joins the 2021 Brigada Eswela. She explained how the
stakeholders continue to help Bilibinwang Elementary School learners during this
pandemic. She also tackled that stakeholders can support the initiative by donating
items that can help us to make our learners learn in distance learning. She also
discussed the guidelines of safety protocols amid COVID 19.
Dr. Ginalyn U. Macaraig, in her inspirational message, emphasized that this kind
of activity aims to ensure that all parents are informed about educational setup in this
COVID-19 Pandemic and the new normal situation they must embrace. Moreover,
through this orientation, the parents are expected to realize their role as active agents
in teaching learning process, considering that learning will take place at their home.

After we heard the inspirational message of our District


Supervisor, other stakeholders extend their messages of support.
Atty. Daniel Reyes, Municipal Mayor, headed the push to his subor-
dinates in this kind of event. The municipal Vice-Mayor, Mr. Danny
Anuran, the Bilibinwang Barangay Captain, Mr. Cresencio Almanzor,
the in-charge of Education, Mr. Lazaro E. Serrano, the PTA President, Mrs. Raquel M.
Carnecer, the chief of Brgy. Police Officer, Mr. Eleuterio Biscocho and the SK Chairman,

III. CONCLUSION

Teaching personnel of Bilibinwang Elementary School would say, “Mabuhay”


for we have successfully carried out our tasks during virtual Brigada Eskwela Kick Off
Program which will prepare the entire schools to maintain a healthy relationship with
their stakeholders in order to perpetuate partnership in support of its program and
policies during this time of COVID-19. While providing a quality education in the midst
of pandemic, it is evident to face some circumstances in accessing different
learning portals for both teachers and learners.
