 Let me introduce me Dela Lutfiani, for 4 years studying at Siliwangi University
majoring in Civil Engineering. I am very interested in this job opening because it is
linear with my qualifications in the field of bridge construction. with my experience
During college I managed to win several competitions such as balsa bridge
competitions, bridge design competitions, etc where I did it with a focus on college so
that I could graduate with a GPA of 3.85. I hope to get the best chance here.

 I am an ambitious and passionate individual. I thrive in a goal-oriented
environment where I can constantly challenge myself personally and professionally. I
am always looking for opportunities to get better and develop.

4. what makes you interested in applying in our company?

 I would love to work here because in addition to my background in line with the
positions available today, but also because of some research that I do, the industry in
which this company operates is predicted to remain afloat amid the digital
transformation that occurs in various sectors. moreover I have asked some employees
here about culture that seems culture here can very support me to grow and to learn
more about this field in the long term, that's why i really want to work in this

 Bridge engineering experts are experts who have the competence to design the
shape and structure of the bridge, conduct data evaluation, analyze data calculation
results, conduct image checks and technical specifications, carry out and supervise

 I had an internship at a construction company during college, but I'm sorry if I

didn't live up to expectations. but if I may tell you I dare to apply for a job in this
company and I have seriousness in working, I know it is not enough but I will
upgrade myself and if given the opportunity, I will give the best for this company. I
am sure with not too long time I can maximize my potential here to contribute as best

 I have a strong desire to learn new things and develop my skills, so I can

better career prospects to improve my professional skills.

 I have the skills needed in this position especially in operating SAP2000, Autocad,
and MIDAS which are mentioned several times in the task description in this
position. This is my advantage that I have developed since college. I think with
the skills I have it will be indispensable to work on upcoming projects.

10. After strength, I want to know What is your greatest weakness?

 I always focus excessively on the details that make me miss often in allocating
time to work on a project so I have to rush to finish it. to address this, I now
schedule daily tasks based on importance and urgency and exercise routines to
improve focus on work.

11. What is your goal for the future and where do you see yourself in five years?
 My focus in the next 1-2 years is to really explore this field of work so that 2-3
years later I can assume more responsibility. I have a great interest especially in
the construction industry and its potential in the future, and I think this company is
the right place to realize that because there are company values that continue to
motivate employees to develop themselves. believe this experience will help me
well in achieving my ultimate goal of someday leading the construction company
department.

12. What are your salary range expectations?

 I hope to be able to get the appropriate salary, but can we discuss in advance more
details about this position to get a better picture of what the position needs. That
way, I can give more accurate expectations. but on top of that, salary is not my
biggest priority for this job.

 I think that is more important than the salary that is the career path that I will get,
the knowledge that I get is also a good corporate environment which is an
opportunity for me to develop because experience is no less important than salary.

 If I may argue, actually I would love to be able to work in the city where I live
today in Tasikmalaya. but even if later the company has its own policy that
obliges me to be placed out of town and that's for my career in the future I will
definitely follow the company's rules and I believe this company has a lot of
proper consideration before putting someone in a city.
