ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


 Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle by sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources after identification of manpower requirements. The major sources include job
portals, campus interviews, advertisements (includes print and media), references, head
hunting, walk-ins etc.
 Designing and implementing remuneration and other reward systems to maximize
performance.
 Handling payroll activities including TDS related follow-up with the employees (also includes
verification of the documents submitted for the tax exemption purposes), coordinating in
completing statutory obligations such as ESI and PF return filings.
 Taking care of Company’s electronic bio-metric/ time-office system. Maintaining the leave
records, absenteeism, business tour and shift details.
 Induction and orientation of the new joiners with the Company including opening of new
bank accounts and necessary paper works for statutory compliances.
 Conducting exit interviews and full & final settlement of account during the separation.
 Processing salary advance requests and loan request forms, employee engagement
initiatives etc.
 Instituting change-management practices in the organization, including organizational
restructuring initiatives.
 Understanding the daily grievances raised by the employees and finding the solutions and
also addressing the complex ones to the management for finding a better way-out.
 Maintaining proper office decorum and handling other administration activities.
