This office letter no GSIE2202R/06 dated 17.10.2022 Dear Sir, In context to the above-mentioned subject, we would like to inform you that we have started the taking over process in compliance of Project Director, PIU Bhavnagar letter under reference at Sr. no 3 from your representatives. During our taking over process we have visited your good office four to five times and communicated with your representatives (Mr. Akhtar Khan) in your office at Una. Also, in your letter referred above as ref. no 4, the list/bundle of documents which you have enclosed with your letter is not completed and even the process oftaking over has not been completed till date. We have already sent the list of all approved documents required for taking over in our office letter dated 17.10.2022 referred above as sr.no 5. During the taking over process, our representative did not get all approved Structural drawings and designs, approved Plan and Profile, approved Toll Plaza Drawings, all approved working drawings, approved QAP etc. and any documents regarding payment to Concessionaire along with the deductions made or required from Concessionaire as per Contract Agreement.
