• With two classmates, performed in-vitro micropropagation of Tinospora cordifolia with the help of
different concentrations of hormones.

Extraction of Phytochemicals from hairy root culture of Angrographis 12/17 - 03/18

• Extraction of Phytochemicals from hairy root culture of Angrographis paniculata, MGM's Institute of
Bioscience and Technology, Aurangabad
• Duration of project :- 3 months (Dec- Mar 2018)
• Propagated a hairy root culture with the help ofAgrobacterium rhizogene in Andrographis paniculata
through the dip method of gene transformation and also worked with bacteria A. rhizogene for infection
to the Plant.
