Nowadays it is believed that the IT diploma can guarantee a bright future and a decent salary.

Especially young people are tent to do IT courses or go study to a computing faculty full of hope

that they will get a well paid job. In my opinion it’s crucial to analyze advantages and

disadvantages of having an IT Diploma in Moldova before making a decision.

Let’s start with advantages, of course it’s the salary which is higher than the average one. Most

companies propose subscription to the gym, meals paid by the company, really nice offices, a

modern, friendly team. All of this is important, because we can easily got the felling that the

priority of such companies is the well-being of employee, but is that true?

In big IT companies such as Microsoft, Google or Endava the most important thing is money of

course, the use specialists from poor countries to pay them less, than the same specialists from

their countries. The amound of goods and services is to keep employee at work as much as

possible. In such companies the work schedule is pretty flexible, which means employee can be

asked to work some more hours because it’s an important task to do.

IT Diploma can open a big number of oportunities, nut sometimes it’s important to dive a little

bit deeper.
