DUTIES/ACHIEVEMENT

• I have successfully developed several drilling, blasting and marketing plans for Companies which resulted on
increased annual revenue. The additional revenue helps Organisations to reinvest in the company and expand
operations to other markets sector. • In addition to coaching and mentoring new employees and training drilling-
assistance and turning them to professional Drillers, I assumed a leadership role in Crushing section, inspiring and
motivating other employees to greater success.

My Duties Include but not limited to:
•  Directing the drilling of blast holes and determining the depth and diameter of blast
holes.                                                         • Conducting field tests to determine the type and quantity of explosives required

• Handling, storing and transporting explosives and accessories.

• Loading explosives in blast holes by hand, or directing bulk explosives trucks to load holes
• Connecting electrical wires, detonating cords or fuses into series and connecting the series to blasting machines
• Detonating charges.                                      
• Document and take stocks of the remaining  Explosive Material.
