Role Overview:
The school consists of just over 100 students therefore subjects have no middle leadership. Teachers
are responsible for their own subject thus making you head of your department as well as the
subject teacher. You will be subsequently teaching years 7-11 and will be encouraged to perform
extracurricular activities with the students. Enthusiasm in subject knowledge as well as overall
teaching expertise and professionalism is vital in inspiring the students’ thirst for learning.
It is also essential that the School’s Islamic ethos is kept in mind as to maintain the positive
environment which is guided by the ethical and moral teachings of Islam.
