Scope of Work

1. Dismantling and installation

2. Cleaning and checking of fittings.
3. Strip buffing of 4 pcs cylinder rod.
4. Manual honing of 4 pcs cylinder tube (use #1000cc sand paper).
5. Hard chrome plating of 4pcs cylinder rod.
6. Replacement of mono seal and O-ring set of 4pcs hydraulic cylinder
7. Cleaning of hydraulic oil tank and filters.
8. Modification of oil tank
9. Refill additional 3 container (20 Liters) of NOVA 68.
10. Mobilization and demobilization.
11. Fix and welding of cylinder rod to pusher plate. (for easy maintenance purpose)

Note:
*2-3 days for Installation
*3-4 days for Hard chrome plating process
*No labor charge, charge for any additional jobs/works, materials and consumable materials only.

4. Replacement of mono seal and O-ring set of 4pcs hydraulic cylinder
5. Strip buffing of 4 pcs cylinder rod.
6. Hard chrome plating of 4pcs cylinder rod.
7. Fix and welding of cylinder rod to pusher plate. (for easy maintenance purpose)
8. Refill additional 3 container (20 Liters) of NOVA 68.
9. Replacement of worn-out bolts.
10. Adjustment of hydraulic oil pressure.
11. Replacement of 2 pcs damaged fittings (male and female).
12. Cleaning of hydraulic oil tank and filters.
13. Mobilization and demobilization.
