    To enhance the knowledge and understanding of the health of the heart through project-based learning
    using STEM approach.

    Aim
    To study the relationship between dietary habits and lifestyle with health of heart among the locals.

    Printed materials and Internet

    Instructions
    1. Individual assignment.
    2. Must do in handwriting, cannot use computer.
    2. Study the following problem statement:

    Since 2005, heart disease remains as one of the main causes of death among
    Malaysians. This problem is closely related to their dietary habits and lifestyles.

    3. Gather information related to the given problem statement as follows:


    (a) Types of heart diseases and explain the diseases. (Minimum 4 diseases)
    (b) Symptoms of heart diseases.
    (c) Causes of heart diseases.
    (d) Ways to prevent heart diseases.

    4. Write all the information in a brochure form (A4 size paper). Use your creativity to make the brochure
    look interesting, colouring and make people interested in reading it.
