Dry Dock Fish Company was founded by Mark Lewis in 1986, with a mission to provide and
outstanding selection of the highest quality fresh seafood available. Dry Dock Fish
Company has been a family operated business ever since and you can still find Mark in
our Fullerton store or selling at one of our farmers market stands today.

Today, Dry Dock Fish Company provides the highest quality raw fish to a few select
Gourmet Restaurants and wide variety of farmers market customers all over Southern
California from San Diego to Calabasas. Our fresh fish is cut daily and every cut is
inspected to ensure the highest quality.
