    1. What is diplomacy
    (1) Strategic communication( x propaganda(one way business(ideological labels
    (2) Tact (consideration in dealing with others and avoiding giving offence
    (3) Never lie, never sharing the complete truth,only denying the humiliation, not

    2. Defining features of modern diplomacy
    (1) Permanency(embassies and MFAs, professionalism(ancient acquaintances) , need for a
    permanent communication(defining feature)
    (2) Secrecy( either complete or incomplete, treaty is confidential, result is public
