Facility and Logistic Project

 Preparation of Vehicle Log, Vehicle Inspection checklist, vehicle maintenance & Condition Report,
and Fuel consumption analysis
 Registration of vehicles plate numbers for newly purchased company vehicles 2Nr Jeeps and
renewal of all company vehicles papers
 Carry out checks on a weekly basis on the health and safety of all the company Vehicles

Vehicle Log and fuel consumption analysis of each vehicle.
 Check all the newly purchased Toyota Hilux vehicles (3Nr) status monthly and report back to the
management which has resulted in Police intervention on the purchase, 2Nr Vehicles were accepted
and one is yet to be returned due to a police case.
 Upgrading of 2Nr of Toyota Hilux Vehicle newly purchased for the company REG No (RSH 345

 Furnishing of site workers residents at Elelewon area of Port-Harcourt Rivers State.
 Preparing and monitoring all assets allocated to partners through the use of asset-allocated forms and

 Back years asset audit during the COVID-19 lockdown in the year 2020 when some partners took
away company property.
 Introduction of professional security company service to the management when we have security
challenges within the organization (Kings Guard Nigeria Limited)
 We address the issue with cable disconnection between the building and the electricity distribution
panel at the First Bank area.
 We are able to manage the supply of Diesel when the price was not friendly and experienced some
challenges (Ansonic standard company west Africa limited & SKY Base energy limited) are the
company that supply diesel during this period
 Carry out repair and maintenance of the Elevator on monthly basis and ensure that error-free
operations
 We carry out power consumption for the office building and advise the management on the
alternative power supply which is still under management review.
 Radio and Television Licence and Parking permit bill was written off with the effort of the facility
and Legal Advice of the Company
 Operational permit/Trade Licence Bill was # 300,000 negotiated downward to #100,000 before
payment was made.
 The annual Tenement Rate Bill per year amounts # 2,556,000. 2021 & 2022 bill total amount
#5,112,000 was negotiated to # 2,808,000 it was future negotiated downward to # 702,000 with PR
OF # 500,000 totally # 1,302,000.
 Purchase of Howo truck Engine for Obudu project site
 Repair and maintenance of office building and amenities (light, plumbing, cleaning of office space,
security of property and work tools)
 Cost reduction on items purchased for the office through proper negotiation.
