RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans activities concerned with application and maintenance of quality standards for all
processes and materials involved in blasting & painting projects.

Initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation. Develop sequences,
forms and instructions for recording evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.

Guiding workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning
materials, product or process quality control plans from contractors.

Monitoring weather and environmental data related to blasting & coating.

Monitor necessary maintenance of quality control instruments and their usage on live
projects, organizing sessions to teach QA/QC procedures through practical training.

Conducting client inspection team and organizing sequential calibration of QC instruments.

Planning, execution, mobilization and demobilization of manpower, equipment and other

resources for different projects through sub-ordinates, as per the goals and policies set by
Project Management Department.

Provide timely support to number of projects from Operational, financial and resources
standpoint.

Responsible for developing a strong field force including apprentices, labor, foreman
(blasting, painting & scaffolding) in conjunction with General Superintendent.

Provide advice, guidance and direction to sub-ordinate executives and manager towards
their professional development.

Monitoring flow of personnel, assisting HR Department in recruiting trained / skilled

manpower and assigning teams to projects.
 Co-ordinate with professional staffs to resolve operations problem and difficulties.
