B.Wellness Condition

Observed going out at 5 -6 pm to jog during visit.

 Narrative Data Analysis

During my Assessment of the Dela Cruz family there are 5 conditions that I have identified ,4 of

them are health threat conditions and 1 of them is wellness .So I am going to start with the

health threats so the first problem I have identified was accident hazards.since the family is

living with their house together with welding shop just beside their house ,Mr Dela Cruz usually

stock the hazards improperly into their house after he is done with welding ,the left materials

that was used in welding was the one considered hazards since most of them is made of sharp

and pointed steels.but some of them are broken glasses ,bottles and nails that could lead to

possible accidents of the family .

Next is poor home condition ,the family’s house has a small living space ,lack of

ventilation(windows) ,the door is very old and there is lack of kitchen equipments. Since the

family especially the one who handle the budgeting which is Mrs,and Mr Dela have a problem

when handling their money since they fail to see the benefits of investing in their home which

plays relevant role in their health .

Moreover the third condition that I have identified was faulty nutritional habits in which the

family usually have a habit of eating breakfast late at 10, oclock in the morning and they usually

eat redmeat(pork) as their meal most of the time .

Then next was the unhealthful personal lifestyle or practice of Mr.Delacruz since her wife

stated that Mr,dela cruz always drink alcohol which was 5-7 bottles of beer a day and one time it

comprises his health and was admitted to a hospital due to an excessive intake of alcohol ,I have

also observe a presence of many bottles in the home and during my assessment I have observed

that his abdomen or belly is enlarged maybe due to the excessive drinking of alcohol.
Lastly was the presence of wellness condition resulting for potential to enhanced capability for

healthy lifestyle related to regular exercise since I have observed that the family is going for a

jogging exercise three times a week in the park in which a healthful activity that could improve

their health.
