Description
ONDUCOAT CE acrylic polymer cementitious waterproof
coating is made up by acrylate emulsion, cement and
inorganic materials.
Main Application
• ONDUCOAT CE is suitable for cistern tank, swimming pool
wall and floors, toilets and bathroom floor and walls,
exterior concrete wall and roof deck.

Installation
• Excellent water impermeability.
• Superior elasticity .
• Can be applied on vertical and sloped surface directly, no
flow, easy to use.
• High bonding strength : can bond firmly to most of
concrete or mortars surface if clean.
• Good weather resistance, If exposed to weather it must be
covered with cement plaster (see detailed drawing).
• Can be used to fill concrete cracks on roofs/gutters.
• It is environment friendly, non-toxic and safe for
contractors.
Installation
PREPARATION WORK
Substrate: substrate should be smooth, solid and clean
without oil, dust, etc. / Ponding water should be removed
Hole & Joint: Holes should be plugged / Joint must be
smoothened and levelled
Corner: We should make fillet on internal and external corner
to remove any sharp angles, source of cracks
SLURRY PREPARATION
ONDUCOAT CE is composed of two components to be mixed
together.no water should be added
Ratio : liquid 1 / powder 1,5 – 50 Kg bucket contains 20 Kg
of liquid polymer and 30 Kg of cementitious powder
50 Kg bucket is good to apply on a 1mm thick layer
for 26-27 sqm
Pour liquid into a clean bucket big enough to accommodate
the mixture
Add gently powder into the liquid / manually stir the mixture
to ensure that all cementitious powder is wet.
Mix coating slurry with an electric mixer at 350-450 circles/
min for 5mins until mixture is smooth and there is no more
granules.
ONDUCOAT CE Mixture must be consumed within 2 hours.

APPLICATION
First step:
Apply ONDUCOAT CE mixture on internal and external corners,
width at least 300mm horizontally and vertically. Use small
brush to apply coating on the corners
Second step:
Apply first layer mixture on all the surface with roller or brush
until you can`t see any concrete substrate.
Apply again in the corner with a small brush
Third step:
Once first layer is dry apply the second layer of coating in
perpendicular direction of the first coating.
Once second layer is dry verify that thickness is as required – if
not apply more layers until you reach the specified thickness.
Third layer should be applied perpendicularly to second one
All equipments such as the mixer, brush, roller, bucket, etc
should be cleaned with water, after usage to avoid mixture
hardening.
CURING AND WATERPROOFING TEST
Wait until waterproofing coating is completely dry and hard
before starting the test. Hardening time takes approximately
48 hrs in dry and well ventilated conditions but could last
longer when weather is very humid (especially during rainy
season)
Flood surface to test with 100 mm height of water in 24 hours.
Measure exactly the water height after filling and after 24
hours. If height has dropped by more than 5mm there are
leaks to be found / Apply one more layer and re-do the test
If no leakage apply the protective layer on all the surface.

Installation Details

Usage
The usage for 1.0mm thickness coating about:
1.9 kg/square meter

Additional information
ONDUCOAT CE coating should not be applied below 5°C and in
dusty, windy, rainy weather.
When applying, especially in closed area the room must be
well ventilated.
Bucket containing liquid polymer must be cleaned if use for
other application.
