Road Works in Jala-Jala, Rizal, Philippines

The fundamental aspect of the project is the continuous development of Farm-to-Market Road
(FMRs) in the municipality of Jala-Jala, Rizal. This will serve the whole community of Jala-Jala specifically
the eleven (11) barangays who are best known for their rice plantations (Refer to Figure 1.0 Jala-Jala
Vegetation Map), (Province, 2022). This project will help the local community to broaden the map of their
supply, whilst improving their chances of finding better prices for their products. Also, this will open
connections to other municipalities which can stimulate the growth of their economy, at the same time
empowering the local community.

preparation of Farm-to -Market Road Network plan and Comprehensive FMR National Master Plan 2020 to
2030, which will serve as the blueprint in rationalizing DA’s investments on FMR (Asis, 2022), our team would
like to partake in the implementation and execution of the vision of our government. Thus, we ensure that our
team is a selective group of individuals who are equipped with their experience in their respective expertise.
Therefore, our team shall constantly monitor the project quality management plan, which will
continuously adapt with real-time scenarios of this project. We shall ensure that all project deliverables are
of adequate quality being fit-for-purpose in all aspects.
