Architectural drawing for the Typical Floor of a residential building is given.

 Fire Room
 2 Lifts and lift lobby etc. as in the drawing.
In the Design,
1. Consider Separate DBs for all Flats (6 Nos-DBs 1 to 6).
2. Another One DB for common Services (DB-Service).
3. Calculate Connected load for all DBs and the Total Load.
4. Prepare Load Schedule for all DBs.
5. Select proper size of Cables and Breakers for all DBs.
6. Calculate the additional kVAR required for the Power factor correction from 0.8
to 0.95.

Use the given figure as reference.
