I am currently pursuing my Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Nottingham Trent University.
I am currently looking for work in the UK to compliment my work experience in India. I hope that you

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

2019. Strategic Change Consultancy Project.

Carried out a consultancy project for company that was looking to enter a new business sector. We
presented the solution with pros and cons to facilitate understanding of the consequences of the entry
into a new sector. Here we analysed the industry through utilising several different business models
related to strategic change and continuity with recommendations in entering new industry.

2020. International consultancy experience project.

Consulted in virtual team for a company in Paris who Wished to garner a deeper understanding of
their relationship to their clients within the aerospace industry. Here we also analysed their current
position in the market, along with the position the aerospace industry is currently in due to large scale
reductions in travel due to COVID-19 , risk management to understand the risks accessed in this
project and future planning Suggested collaborations were to be successful. Providing
recommendations to the client on how they could approach further collaborations and steps to
position themselves to be better prepared for further changes.

2020. Strategic Renewal and Transformation presentation.

Suggested an innovation strategy for a company to continue their business in industry. In this project
we have provided a detailed plan of resource structure by through using tools such as the business
canvas method. Subsequently we developed a change strategy to adjust their business so they may
enter into new markets with accompanying marketing strategies.

2014. Reduced switched Topology of Power Electronic Transformer.

Carried out research and attempted to apply new technologies to Power Electronic Transformer. The
main objective of our project was to reduce the switches in Network Topology in Power Electronic
Transformer by using different types of Transformers, IGBT’s, Converters, transistors, etc., forming a
Flexible Power Electronic Transformers.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• Received positive feedback from clients for “Efficient project TQRS (Ticket Quality Review Status)
moderation with consistent quality.”
• Promoted as Team leader on the commendation of a client for exceeding the agreed KPIs.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Led a Team of consultants and assisted the project manager in management and administrative
activities.
• Supervised a large team of 60 members to provide project deliverables on time under the project
manager.
• Organized high level leadership meetings with the team to analyse the pending errors and to
improve the quality of support deliverables in a weekly basis.
• Responsible for providing monthly billing based on service and restoration SLA’s which are solved
by consultants.
• Presented PDCA reports to reduce incoming errors to coordinators for monitoring at monthly
meetings.
• Supervised the team for Inventory support requisitions from warehouse team.

depending on the Business process & customised processes.
