Ethiopia proclamation No. 1097/2018 and Article
47 (1) (a) and (d) of the Public Enterprises
Proclamation No.25/1992.
1. Short Title
This Regulation may be cited as the “Ethiopian
Mineral, Petroleum and Bio-fuel Corporation
Re-Establishment Council of Ministers
Regulation No. 462 /2020.”
2. Definition
In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise
requires:
1/ “Mineral” means any mineral substance of
economic value, whether in solid, liquid or
gaseous form, occurring naturally on or
within the earth or in or under water and
which was formed by or subjected to an
ecological process, and include any mineral
occurring in residue stockpiles or in residue
deposits, but excludes:
